Pacific Harbors Council is hosting a Council Camporee and encampment in September, 2014, along a 'Survivor' theme. This will be the biggest Scouting event in 2014, and will not occur again for 4 years.
Troops will be encouraged to adopt a 'Tribal Name', choose colors and dress the part of a Survivor contestant.
The Boy Scout Survivor Camporee competition will be segmented into five different themed areas, with the following event stations:
- Physical Challenges
- Mental Challenges
- Leadership Challenges
- Technology Challenges
- Food Challenges
The Camporee will culminate in an Evening Show with elimination challenges to determine the overall winner. There will also be a mystery night time adventure activity after the show.
This event is anticipated to have a maximum capacity of approximately 2000 participants. When the number of registered & paid participants reaches that capacity, registration will be closed, and a waiting list will be established, so don't be left out, sign up and pay early.
Early bird pricing of $35 ends on March 31, 2014. Save up to $15 per person, and register early.
Subsequent price levels are as follows:
$40 per person if paid by 6/30/14
$45 per person if paid by 9/1/14
$50 per person if paid onsite
